Note on Notifications: We do not have a single formal announcement date. Our committee reviews proposals as they come in; you will receive a confirmation message as soon as your paper has been evaluated and approved.

Session Types

We are looking for various formats to fill our schedule:

Talks & Lightning Talks

• Standard Talk: 40 minutes
• Lightning Talk: 20 minutes
• Language: English (preferred) or Italian

Workshops

• Full Workshop: 2 hours
• Light Workshop: 60 minutes
• Language: English (preferred) or Italian

Review Process

All proposals are subject to a review by our technical committee.

Speaker Benefits

We value our contributors and provide a unique "Camp" experience:
- Free Camp Entrance: Full access to all three days of RomHack Camp.
- Accommodation: A reserved tent space within the Flaminio Village.

Travel

We do NOT cover travel expenses to reach Rome.
